Submitting an application for priority allocation or venue access does not guarantee acceptance. Surfbase reserves the right to decline any application without providing detailed justification, in order to protect the integrity of our global network.
All materials provided after application submission—including but not limited to Financial Models, Franchise Terms, and Architectural Blueprints—are strictly confidential. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
Any payment links generated by our system (via Stripe or Crypto endpoints) are exclusively for securing allocations or processing due diligence fees. Payments do not constitute final equity terms until formal contracts are executed.
Users must not attempt to compromise the Surfbase OS, reverse-engineer our AI parameters, or spam the application endpoints. Such actions will result in immediate IP bans.
